1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our heavy machinery rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Rental & Liability Terms
All rental agreements are subject to equipment availability. The renter is responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Any damages resulting from site-related hazards, cave-ins, or structural issues are the sole liability of the renter. Equipment must be returned in the same mechanical condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
3. Deposit & Billing Conditions
First-time renters and individual contractors are required to submit a security deposit before mobilization. Subsequent billing is processed on a weekly or monthly basis. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly interest penalty on outstanding balances.
4. Fuel & Operating Costs
Standard rental fees cover the machine and operator wages. The customer is responsible for providing clean, high-quality diesel fuel. Any engine or fuel pump damage caused by contaminated client-provided fuel is billed to the customer.
